TG - I am excited for you and know you are happy being on the road again. I am still imagining your art quilt hanging in your touring home...thinking about you spreading fall blessings along your journey! Enjoy!

Jaba...your granddaughter is constantly on my mind...sending up prayers throughout the day. And same for you Terri. I can't imagine how I would feel if my granddaughter was facing these health issues everyday. God Bless you and your families.

Working on house cleaning for fall and getting ready for big family Thanksgiving this year. I think this is my year for company. Will be posting 4 pics of finished boom quilts in the next few weeks, plus two others.

Thanks to everyone for the great swaps we shared. I am looking forward to see what ideas we all come up with when we come together again in January. Hope we all stay in touch during the holidays.

    Much love and healing,
    Bee

I've been busy designing and making chicken clothes for my "nakeds" for the winter. I have been modifying onsies, but I had an idea for making an outfit from scratch, if it works I will be able to take matress cover material to make them "coats" that will block wind, and water, keep heat in and still be "breathable"

Yes, I have totally featherless chickens, they are fine through the summer but need fall and winter clothes. I usually modify onsies for the fall, but am working on a pattern / design that I can make warmer winter clothes from. Last year Rudy (my first one) had a wool sweater I modified and I may do that again. They also have bunny friends that sleep w/ them at night.

Thank you Bee, it's been rough for her. Doctors said yesterday she will be in the hospital another 3 weeks...some therapy to try and get some memory back. So many little things she just can't remember, yesterday they asked her to draw a clock...she didn't know what it was. She has a good outlook on it which helps but I'm sure it's going to be hard.

I am glad she made it through the meningitis. The brain and body are amazing at healing, as she relearns more, she may remember more too.
