Quiltaddict, did I remember you were going to make your blocks into something holiday?

Molly, would you mind a few extra layers of folded (flat not 3D at all) fabric in your block. Your fabric will work very nicely into the same block I am doing for Billi. The mock up block is getting rave reviews on my FB. I will have to modify it slightly from my mock up b/c of fabric size though.

Lovely blocks I've been seeing -- still haven't worked on blocks

I'm still trying to finish off a wedding quilt (have to do binding ... blah) from our daughter's March wedding that I didn't get finished and now to finish a baby quilt that we have to take with on vacation (leaving on the 17th to go to the very western edge of Wyoming) to see our newest granddaughter (born on the 4th of July....okay I did have a few months notice but come on...who does it ahead of time???).

Then my "local" son brings over his Army gear and needs patches sewn on them and of course that can't be just an easy task when you're talking about duffel bags and back packs that won't fit under the sewing arm to maneuver around. Oh, and Mom can you do the name badges on my uniforms, caps and helmet cover too????

Gotta love'm cuz they're too big to eat them now

Two more finished. Have 4 grandkids this weekend so unless the 2 year old is napping I wont be sewing....the 3 10year olds entertain themselves but NOT the 2 year old...Jaba and Traveling G ...I hope you like them. The one for Jaba made me feel relaxed...guess it was the soft colors! Went shopping today...WHY do I buy fabric when I don't NEED fabric??? Ill never ever use all the fabric I have now..no matter how many scrappy quilts I make!! Guess I could be gambling or throwing money away on worthless stuff! LOL Heres a "few" of my finished quilts that I haven't been asked for yet..About to run out of room!
