Here is an update on the La Pass, most rosettes in the pic are sewn, the yellow on the bottom is not yet, and I am working on joining the rosettes to each other, only 2 are actually joined right now.

It is beyond addictive!!!!! all the fussy cutting, figuring different designs and layouts. I am in a FB group dedicated to this quilt there are over 1000 I think close to 2000 all using the same 5 shapes the same layout and not one looks like the other.

Good morning, Rosbuds! More beautiful blocks have been posted. Great job, ladies!

Regarding shipping, you can begin to ship your completed blocks to me next week. Please plan packages to arrive AFTER 8/4. (Our guests have gone and I'll have everything put back in order by then. My "Boom Space" will be my own again.) Of course, blocks aren't due until 9/22 so there's still lots of time but I know some of you like to send early. Just don't forget to alert me that you are shipping and supply the tracking # as soon as you ship.

Also, check out the gallery. If you spot any omissions, let me know and I'll fix the problem asap. Thanks.

Thanks guys, it isn't hard just tedious. Tedious fussy cutting, then hand sewing epp. All the shapes interconnect, and I have a layout guide. I'm not sure what size I'm going to make it, I think I'll make it bigger then the original layout though.
