Just a gentle reminder that blocks are due in my hands on June 16. That's not the mailing date, that's the due date. There's still lots of time for this group.

Boomers, there are some wonderful blocks showing up here again. What a great effort you all are putting forth! I'll be busy adding pix to the gallery again this weekend.

Thank you for your conscientiousness, creativity and enthusiasm! You all inspire me

Hello Ladies..firstly thank you for your prayers..We needed them and if you will keep on praying..DH had surgery on Tuesday (he has a bad heart with a defibulator) so that part of the surgery went well..but now his bladder is what they call asleep and he can't eliminate so we came home yesterday with him having to wear a cath.( And their was nothing like getting woken up at 3:00am & 5:00am to cath him...Poor man. ) So now we have to go another doctor for that..He is in a lot of pain, so hopefully that eases with time. They gave him so much pain meds that he couldn't think clearly and was slurring his words like he was drunk..But I will say that his shoulder surgery went well and he is on the mend. Thanks You Jesus!!!
I love all my blocks and thanks for the sweet words about my granddaughter

I got it from Splendid Sampler, which started in February?? Two blocks a week for a year. They're doing 6" blocks. I either resize them or make 4.

I'm doing a few of my blocks from this series. Great timing, huh?

According to Mona G's zippy bag I received, you're requesting either a star block or a log cabin block. So I decided to make an uneven Log Cabin. Hope you like it.
