Terriamn, it is not your back is it? I used to have severe chest pains and they could not find what was going on, till they finally did an MRI and my thoracic spine was broke. I had just gotten over a heavy cough attack which fractured the spine. Just a thought. Will pray for wisdom and that the unseen be shown for you. Nothing worse than not knowing. Gentle hugs girl.

Sorry, for some reason I'm not getting notifications anymore, I'll look into that.
My baby graduates from high school tonight( with honors) I have tomorrow off and we will be home this way so I will be able to finish my kadt three blocks and get them in the mail by Monday.
QUOTE=Janice McC;7563748]Hello Boomers. I'm back from a relaxing weekend in the country. Lots of time to decompress as our internet service was out. I read two books in three days. Unheard of in recent years. Loved it! We had gorgeous Georgia weather for relaxing outside and playing with the pups too.
Soon the push should be on to get blocks done and in the mail in time to be in my hands on June 16. It sounds like Quilt Addict zoomed ahead and finished all hers. How is everyone else doing?[/QUOTE]

I'd check with a gastro dr just for a good check up and maybe a scope is in order. Damage can be done without anyone knowing it has happened and you don't always have that acid burn taste.
Crossing fingers you get it figured out. (and stay away from grease, eating after 6 pm, and check it out further)

I totally agree! I have made some for each vehicle and that's where they stay. You just never know when they will come in handy and if I need to put something on the leather seats, trust me that quilt goes down first
I have even come on car accident's and used a quilt, they come in very handy. Sew away!!!

That should keep you busy for quite a while Janice
Quiltermomma pain is in back also, that is what actually woke me up, but this has been going on for the last year. But each episode is lasting longer and more painful then the previous one.
no burning in throat or acid taste in mouth.
Heading to lake but dh will be out this afternoon. Supposed to rain again today and tomorrow. Rain I don't mind but storms are a bit more frightening in a camper

I'm late to the party, but Janice I absolutely would (and do ) use blends in a quilt. And if you machine quilt there is no better backing then double knit for a quilt! imo
Terriamn reflux is a definite possibility, or hiatal hernia. Take an otc proton pump inhibitor (like Prilosec) you will know pretty quickly if it is reflux, I call it my magic little purple pill.
