Therapy time - have been going crazy with tension on machine. changed thread, cleaned, etc.
then Rob http://mansewing.com/category/sewing-tutorial-2/ was posted. Wow - I had been threading the machine with the presser foot down when threading the machine. I put it down to see better and it caused the tension on the upper thread go nuts. Had to pass it on.
On the other note - just washed my fabric for 17!! Think Autumn.

TG I have to have my presser foot down to see also, but I just get thread in hole, lift up the presser foot and pull thread through. Thankfully no problem so far

Just an fyi for everyone, I am having a bit of trouble scheduling 17 due to a couple of obligations I have. Mailing dates are falling in all the wrong places! I may have to alter the Boom timeline a bit for 17. In any case, I anticipate sign-ups will begin the first or second week of July.

GramE, you are a dear. 😊

You all are for that matter. I'm having a very bad day but I come here and find you chatting with one another, helping each other out. What a great group.

Sorry for the bad day. I would trade ya, but the water pump just went out in the Ford, the dogs are being a burden running home everyday to let them out at lunch, no sewing, hubby finally getting back from out of town, child is gone for summer, IRS issues, and bills need to be paid. See, life is just life.

On top of that, I started a new diet this week. Praying it brings good news, but add that to my fun. LOL

Autumn sounds fun. I found a blue floral that needs some yellow and white. I found some dark red that needs some blue turquoise and white. Unless I change my mind before then.

Ooohh, I love autumn colors. I had planned on purple and green but might change my mind.

Yeah "stuff" happens. It's life. (The alternative is unacceptable.) Hope things improve for you today.
