    When I did the formula 7 = ? of 12 I got 64%, but when I multiplied it all back to check the math I got that you had to enlarge by 70% (.7 x 7 = 4.9, 4.9 + 7 = 11.9)

Thanks Kass. Since copy paper is 8 by 11 I am going to have to take block and divide into fourths and make each quarter 6.5" or go to kinkoe's and have several copies made. Poor ole brain is a straining

    Terriamn --
Print out your existing block at 7"

Cut it in 1/2 and try enlarging that 1/2 by 171% on your copier

Then enlarge the other 1/2 by 171% .

You should be able to tape the 2 pieces together and have your block all in one piece to use.

Thanks Moonworks, I saved the site and thanks for the suggestion of just cutting pattern in half instead of fourths. Trying to take my mind off Mom issues but must just be overthinking everything.
