He called and had a surpise for me( hes 2 1/2)..When I got there he had to show me his new potty chair and his "big boy pants"...dont know who was more excite his dad or him! Sure made my day! Got 3 more sewed, 3 more cut out but kind of stuck on the zebra print and a couple others but plenty of time! something will jump out at me. Quilt addict...is a little bit of wow ok with your fabric??

This one is for Grandma Di
Could I order a quilt made out of this? I love this square & the fabric.

making these squares is like making little mini quilts. The drawback is the first square is where you work out the kinks, then we're done! I'm still adjusting to 12 1/2". I'm prettying sure I'm using a slide ruler! But this is great fun. Hoping to get back to the sewing machine this week, or everybody is gonna get a 9" star configuration with borders. But I keep telling myself I have time. I have a modern square picked out for Katsdar I'm anxious to put together. I think I'm puttin a small machine that will set on a breakfast tray on my wish list!

Thank you all for my beautiful blocks. I'm might have to make a hand sewn star of my own this week.

GrammaDi - Another 3D effect - a spinning diamond. Colors are perfect.

Group Therapy is my first go-to when I get on my computer!! love it all.

Sund and Tues are my recovery from work days, this one I was much too tired for machine work, even after a nap, so I've been putzing around w/ the hand pieced block. I need to look at the remaining fabrics and requests and see if anymore are slated for hand piecing.
