Ouch!! Hope he's feeling better very soon. Hopefully his doctor has given him something for pain by now. He'll have an arm in a sling for quite a while. I'll certainly keep both of you in my prayers.

Two for today... might even get my last 2 finished today if I got the gumption ...

Libster -- couldn't believe how the teal matched... hope you like how it highlights your fabric

Nelco -- The little gray dots screamed until I said they could be in your block --hope it works for you.

Like I said, only 2 blocks left to go... I have my son & DIL and almost yr old granddaughter coming for 3 weeks so I have to have everything else taken care of before then (and do some major cleaning/baby proofing)

Nana Kathy sending prayers for healing for your hubby and comfort to both if you. I broke my foot the end of January and was so discouraged on how slow it was healing. Friends kept telling me it takes time, they were right. Finally Every day the pain is less and I feel stronger. Shame on me for no patience

    A couple of things...

I'm pretty well caught up with the gallery. I do apologize for the delay in posting. I've been unexpectedly swamped with life and I got caught out by the speed with which you all made and posted blocks. Terrific blocks ladies, just terrific!

Second, I'd like to remind everyone that the block MAKER decides on the block to make. When F8s are sent in, you may send color requests, and I do ask that everyone abide by the requests as much as possible. HOWEVER, under no circumstances does anyone have any obligation to change a block you have made if you have followed the color requests. For a boomer to ask another boomer such a thing, or even to imply as much, is totally unacceptable. The block maker makes the block choice. Everyone will graciously accept the block as made, zero exceptions.
