You know, Libster, I was thinking that same thing. A chicken swap!

A chicken swap would be cool. I have some blocks from one of Katsdar's swaps on another site, that could use some more chicken buddies.

Smooth, Libster, smooth...(I wish your name wouldn't constantly be auto-corrected to lobster.) Maybe after the 3 month.

Kass, what size blocks do you have now? Did you have centralized mailings? Did everyone make the same chicken block or different ones? I guess I'm asking how it was done and how did everyone like it. FYI, I'm surprised at how many chicken block patterns are out there on the 'net. I suddenly feel I need a chicken quilt. It'd be perfect for the cabin. (Obviously I have some down time from the Boom swap right now as I am waiting for the rest of the fabrics to come in and my mind is thinking chicken in a serious way.)

They were 12.5 inch blocks, anything chicken, any construction method, applique, pp, traditional piecing. I think I ended up making 3 different blocks, other ladies made the same block, or the same block w/ different fabrics. If I get a chance I'll see if I can get a pic of the blocks I received.
