I just popped into the galleries.... Your blocks are awesome! I see that mine are the only ones missing to complete some sets. I hope I can finish some up today. To the sewing machine I go! Have a great Sunday everyone. Safe journeys to those of you on the road or about to be on the road!

Hey y'all! We just got back from the quickly planned vacation... went to New Orleans for a few days ... back to work tomorrow.

I really hope to get some blocks made this week... I think I've only got 1 maybe 2 done (been too long since I've checked) so I've got to kick it in gear.

All looks soooo good right now.

We are also home from our 3 day weekend. Put on 750 miles, my hind end is stiff! DD finished her 50 state marathon in roughly 3 hours 50 minutes. She was a extatic to complete her goal and even cried when Abby gave her the wallhanging we made. It was fun embarrassing my grand daughters, we rang our cow bells, cheered loudly and waved our signs. A good time was had by all, think there were 10 of us there from Minnesota and 21 from Texas. She had a large cheering squad.

What a fun time! And a marvelous accomplishment by your daughter. I love the cowbell/embarrassed granddaughter part!

It's just amazing... what she accomplished! I'm glad she had the large cheering squad.

Wonderful pic! What a marvelous memory. Those grands will be reminding you & remembering it forever! What a memory for your daughter to have so many celebrate her big day.

Our family takes great pride in helping our children and grandchildren to be humble - by embarrassing them and making them laugh
