Okay, Joanelizbay, I've spent this afternoon making this one for you. I am quite pleased with the way it turned out. Sure hope your little guy likes it too.

The lesson I learned today ............ 1.5 inch pinwheel drawn on paper w/ pencil, no problem ............. 1.5 inch pinwheel w/ fabric and 8 seam allowances meeting in the center ................ small problem!

I saw a seahorse shape online and wondered if someone would appliqué one. My skills aren't good enough for that but obviously yours are Libster. Great block!

I am running out of words to describe how happy I am with ALL the fish blocks...The sea horse is so darn cute!! I showed Conners mother the blocks made so far and she couldnt beleive how cute they are! She said he would LOVE it!!...then asked me what I was going to do for the other two 11 year olds! LOL...Im so glad they love my quilts I make them!! Thanks Libster..I LOVE it!!

all my Opal blocks are finished, tomorrow will start on the Topaz blocks
