Travelinggramma, this pic is for you. Last week I moved my machine to the "play" room because I wanted to soak up the bright sun that was shining. I realized I was looking out at your Boom17 block! At least the tree & the swing part.

Janice, we have nuthatches, rose breasted nuthatches, downy woodpeckers, red belly woodpeckers, juncos, chickadees, cardinals, blue jays, goldfinches, purple finches, about 5 kinds of sparrows. In the spring we often get a variety of things just passing by like a rose breasted grosbeak. Many days I have breakfast and lunch with the birds! I didn't list the starlings, they are not welcome but they come anyway.
I'm afraid if I left my sewing machine here, I might not get much sewing done!
