Boom 19 - Autumn

Sorry about your spider bite, Kass. As a mailman, spiders are your everyday life. And some mailboxes are just teeming with ants. I don't care for earwigs. You pull that lid open and a half dozen or so fall in your lap!, yikes. BLOCKS not bugs! But in all that I don't remember being bit.
Beautiful blocks ladies. I only have 2 left to make for summer boom, just came to lurk. ❤️

Incredibly beautiful day here, took a break from sewing to enjoy the cool sunny weather.
Jaba I thought Libster's dolphin needed a friend. I redid the block multiple times to get the effect I wanted. Hope you like it

Sewbiz, I looked at your Esty page and saw your dogs on there. I have those patterns somewhere just have never gotten around to making any!! I think they are so cute and hope to make one someday. My lst quilt I made I was 12 years or so and my sister showed me a pattern for a baby quilt that was made out of squares and was the shape of a dog so I cut out my blocks and sewed them together ..don't remember quilting it or putting backing on it but I remember making it... Your dogs reminded me of my lst one!

Terri, what a wonderful whale block! Too cute! And I don't know what Hersey Jerky is, but that's a cool looking shape. Almost like a fleur de lis gone wild.
Joan, the patterns for the doggie placemats are by Sew Fresh Quilts. They have loads of really cute other patterns too. Here's her Etsy shop link:

Her style is a lot like Elizabeth Hartman, who does Fancy Forest and all the other wonderful animal patterns.
