Terri, my lime green is going to work with your fabric too. I knew I bought it for a good reason!

I'd like Wow for background for both pieces. With the pink, I'd like lighter shades of TOT pinks. I have raspberry for sashing. I even have the perfect light pink swirls flannel for the backing already. That one will be for my future granddaughter-in-law for Christmas. Think ultra feminine.
The blue/brown paisley, I'd like no browns added and TOT blues to match. I'll use brown for the sashing. That one is for my son-in-law for Christmas. He's worn out his first one I made him.
I'm getting excited for this Boom after seeing such pretty fabrics already. Bring it on!

Looks like a great assortment of fabrics to play with so far.

Mona the same color for everyone, or???

Libster great pink and the blue paisley is very nice too.

Terri, such a tonal pallet for that first fabric it may end up being a low volume quilt!!! lol lol lol

MJP glad the timing is going to work for you to join.

To the newbees don't worry you don't have to remember all these instructions/ ideas they will be on paper in the fabric bags.

Whoa! Turn my back for a few hours and you all start going to town. I Love it! Wonderful fabric choices. I'll start adding the pix to the gallery a little further down the line. Also, I've recd 8 emails so far about joining. Please, everyone, remember to EMAIL me with your info. I will be replying to all emails on the next 24 hours. If anyone has had an email or address change, be sure to put it in big bold letters so it's impossible for me to miss.

As for me, I'll probably sit this one out. Too much going on in my life right now for me to host And participate. I'm still working on ufos and those are important to me. I'd like to start enjoying all my Boom blocks soon. But you never know. I've been known to grab that final spot at the last minute.

Also, all cardiac testing and appointments are turning out well. One more test on Thursday and if that gives the results we expect, we'll chalk my chest pain up to weird spasms. Wont have results for a week though but I'm feeling very confident I won't be "pegging out" (as someone called it) anytime soon. Sheesh, would I mess you all up like that???

Nope, each person can add the color they want, the brighter the better.

Janice, I am so glad you're passing all your tests with flying colors! I love everyone's fabric challenges. I am definitely sitting out of this one but I am checking in all the time to see what you all come up with. Stay healthy and have fun everyone.

    Yay! Ten players so far.

Ibex, keep popping in to visit. We want to hear from you.

Such fun fabrics, so far. Loads of brights!

I'm going to be sending assorted florals to both groups. My color request is just to stick with whatever colors appear in the prints already. Many of them have a little white, but I'd prefer you use Colors in the prints, rather than white. There will be plenty of colors in these prints, so that everyone probably has something to use without having to go shopping. I will be making charity lap quilts for hospital patients again, so your blocks will cheer someone up and make them feel less alone. How wonderful is that?

Two month group will get these traditional florals:

And the three month group will get these modern florals:
