What is Janice's back trick? I could use it!

Your corn sounds yummy. We just had the BEST watermelon that I've tasted in two summers or more!

Ball rolling! Put a tennis ball between your sore areas and the wall and slowly lean into it while rolling it around. Takes a bit of coordination but I'll bet you know all about this as I learned it in yoga. Just go slowly and avoid all bony areas as that will definitely be painful. You're shooting for the muscles and the fascia to release. Sometimes finding the spot that hurts "good" and leaning into it is enough. You can do it on the floor too but gravity may put too much pressure on the ball. Tennis balls, those PInky hi-bounce balls that are about $2 each or any kind of smallish ball that feels good works.

Paper piecing is addicting. I'm not surprised that you are going broke finding great paper piecing patterns. I see pp in everyone's boom future... Gorgeous elephant!
