Joan and QuilterMomma, thanks for my pretty blocks. Love them both.
I've slowed down a bit here until after Wednesday. I'm hosting a Soup Supper at church for about 150 people on Wednesday night. Getting everything arranged, set up and cooking my part is a little time consuming for the next couple of days. I plan to fill my new 10 quart crockpot with Broccoli Cheese soup and my 8 quart one with Ham and Corn Chowder. Lots of others are making different soups. Homemade soups, cornbread and desserts are going to make for a great supper, I hope. It's cold here, so the weather is cooperating. Wish me luck, Ladies.
I do have 4 more blocks already cut, just waiting to be sewn. On Thursday, I will be back at it!

Your soups sound yummy, Libster! I hope you have help with the dinner. It sounds wonderful for a cold evening.

Last night I didn't play with blocks at all, but instead started a new crochet pattern for a ripple baby afghan. I knit and crochet in my 'other life'....

Thumb is still wrapped up and the hurt part is still white. When it turns pink I will know I have won this round! LOL.

I wanted to share this... my husband got home last night and shared this with me. He designed a quilt square he thought I would like. I thought it was so sweet so now I need to make it.

I have done this before. It is no fun for sure. Be sure to take good care of it, those needles are tricky to heal from, especially when going thru the bone.

for Terriann, made by QuilterMomma, had fun playing with the arrangements to come up with something different. the lighter fabric has blue specs and snowflakes.
For Joanlizbay made by QuilterMomma. This is a first for me, I actually got all the fabrics directional. I was so excited!!!

I just love looking at the blocks assembled. I am admiring the blocks made for me, oh thank you so much.

Now, one more block, Hav4boys, what to do for hers. I must admit, I am a bit stumped.
