BTW, the light is cream, a tonal. Also, the block really is square but it's resting on an uneven surface.

It’s not “perfect” but I’m glad you like it. I thought those double stars might do the trick for you. Honestly, the running out of bobbin thread was funnier than it should have been. I’m usually diligent about checking it but I missed it this time. At least I wasn’t piecing hundreds for a big project. Whew. But I’ll tell you I’m not sure I could have made any more hsts if I had a mis-cut. It was pretty close.

Cheesehead both of your blocks are gorgeous

Second to last one for Hummingbird, Jaba. Margraret’s choice. Made with gold tone on tone, and the background is off white with gold. Had to go back to the beginning of the boom to find you picture with the golds
