Terri what size Drunkards Path templete do you use? I have a 1 1/2, a 2 and a 3 1/2 . Use to have a 4" but I cant find it anywhere. I love that block! I have a bow tie template too Ive never used and a double wedding ring set that Ive used one time. I pity the women that use to make blocks with No templates and just used scissors

Sewbiz let me tell you some of those pieces aren’ t as flat as I would prefer, they are a real challenge
JoanLiz I cut strips a hair under 3 3/4 for the large L, then Cut square the same size. Next I cut out the curve which my template only says A. For the curve I use a larger template that says B. After I make the blocks I square up the two sides of the curved end. Then square up other 2 sides to make each square 3 1/2”. Sure others know a different faster way but that’s how I do it

Marti Mitchell has some nice templates that are good to use. I have the smaller set as well.

I had an unexpected afternoon off...not feeling 100% and didn't get much sleep last night so decided to take the afternoon off.
I got two blocks done today for the boom and two blocks for me to complete my other boom 19 quilts. Two more blocks are cut out but I'm not sure if they will get done today.
