I already have my fabric, it just needs to get washed, cut and ready to go. I have black fabric with bright colors in it. I too plan to have everyone just use whatever bright color they have to make the block. Planning to wash the fabric tomorrow and will try and post pictures after.

That sounds like a good plan, Cheese. I have several I could use, but I keep getting stuck on what color/colors to ask people to use with it. I have one that would only look good with royal blue. Does everyone have royal blue in their stash? And what if they need a third color? Ack... still thinking.

I’m going to stop at Paducah on the way to Wyoming and see what I can find. Good excuse for me to buy more fabric and hubby actually picks out what he likes too. New grandson, Bryson will arrive tomorrow!

Jaba, congrats on the new grandson! I know he won't be spoiled at all! LOL (I know he would be if he were mine,) Just something about the little ones that steals your heart forever.
I posted a picture of my Boom 16 quilt on the Quail thread. Feels good to have that one done.

Jaba, I've been thinking about Hancock's of Paducah all day. I am going for the show April 20, and can't wait to shop at Hancocks, as well as all the other pop up shops. You might check out Eleanor Burn's Quilt in a Day store. They have discount stickers on the ends of many of their bolts. I've gotten some amazing deals there. If you have time to get a bite of lunch, Kirshoff's Bakery and Deli is not to be missed. Their food is amazing and surprisingly cheap! It's right down the street from Eleanor Burns.

    Enjoy that new baby!

Jaba that is so exciting, can't wait to see pictures of baby Bryson. Our oldest son was born on this very day, today he is now 48 years old. It seems like yesterday when I was holding him in my arms for the first time!

Jaba congratulations on your new grandson to be. How exciting

I love the blocks that ask for any bright colors to be added. Sorry my fabric won’t be exciting and you will probably get tired of seeing it. A king size quilt is going to take a lot of blocks.
