    Maude, I love my block.

I know y'all have been eagerly waiting to see what I have been up to. (not really) I started out with -"I'm not buying anymore fabric. (two F4's and a half a yard later''''); I'm gonna stick with easy blocks and no new ones. I'm half a dozen projects behind as it is (ooooh, I like that block. It's perfect for that fabric. It doesn't look that hard.....); I'm not fussy cutting anything. I don't have time for that. (hmmm, what if I do this....)

    The first 3: Annie Quilts-4 Patch Snowball-Delaware Quilts; JayneW.-Cluster of Stars variation-Me; Joan-Log Cabin-Quilter's Cache

TG, Great looking quilt! Love the pattern and colors.
    Molly: great blocks! Great start.

I’m looking forward to finishing up soon. I took 2 of the F8s to my LQS to match some fabrics. I didn’t have any “civil war era” fabrics. I found 2 great matches. Also, some for the butterfly fabric. I’ve washed all fabric I’m going to use for my last 6 blocks. This week I hope to finish my boom blocks. We’ll see.

Molly - you sound so much like the rest of us - and then we look closer to each F8 and relook at the patterns....
I love the friendship star - with the fussy cutting!! Love it

Great blocks Molly. They do show off each fabric with what you have chosen.
