Maude, thanks for my block, a friendship star is a great choice, and the colors look awesome.

Great blocks Maude. MJP, love Travelinggramma's block. Works perfectly for the fabric!

Hope everyone sick or injured is feeling better soon. Glad to hear you're seeing the Dr sewbiz.

Got a few more blocks done over the weekend but haven't taken pictures yet. I'm beginning to get that glad I'm done/sorry it's over feeling. Coming here first thing every morning has become a habit!

Great finish Maude! And MJP, nice block for TG. You must be getting close to a finish, too.

Annie, I know the feeling of enjoying this little community we have here... and not wanting it to be over. But Janice said we won't have a long wait between this and the next Boom. It probably won't seem like much time at all until we are right back at it again. Hope you are planning on doing the next one!

I haven't been able to get through to the dr. this morning about going in... but I'm wondering if I actually need to, other than needing a prescription refill. I am starting to see the end of the tunnel. My head and lungs are still full of junk, but I don't feel as overall sick... just weaker. I might wait til this afternoon and see how I feel.

I’m not really close to finishing but I hope to get a lot done this week. I’m traveling back east next week and will do one block English paper piecing on the plane. I’m afraid mine won’t be done until the final days. I’m having a lot of trouble this boom coming up with ideas for the blocks. I’m afraid a lot of you are going to get repeats.

Dont hesitate to go go in sewbiz this flu seems to turn quickly into something dangerous and isn’t something to mess around with. Thinking about you.

OK, Quail, you have my undivided attention. (Scary thought, huh?) I've finished up sorting the Hummingbird blocks and they are in their packages awaiting labels and pick-up tomorrow. I've received almost half the Quail blocks already. (Some people are amazingly fast.) However, you do not have to hurry up and get them in early. The due date for Quail is April 23. Please use as much time as you need to finish. As long as they are in on or before that date, I'll be thrilled. Just no late blocks please. Thanks.

Now I'm going to look over the last couple of days' posts and pick up any pix I haven't added to the gallery yet. Off to work I go...

JanyeW, that looks nice and will fit in most likely. Thank you for taking the time to look up information so the quilt will turn out wonderful.

Here’s a block for Libster that I thought I’d already posted but hadn’t. It’s from Mariposa.
