Kassaundra, Thanks for posting the fabric. I'm trying to learn what to look for with Stack and Whack prints. I think you have a great setting idea. It's one of the best S&W tops I've seen. Very nice!

Lots of great blocks girls. You should be proud of your Quail album. :-)

TA DA!! I finished the Hummingbird quilt! I'm posting it here because I don't think anyone would be reading Hummingbird anymore. The blocks are so beautiful! I don't think my pics show the quilting very well, but you can get the gist of it. Thank you ladies of Hummingbird, for your lovely work! I'm keeping this one. The colors looks just awesome in person!

Thank you, Mona. The pics don't do the blocks justice!

Sewbiz, beautiful job on your quilt! I see my block. I have my Hummingbirds all quilted and sewn into strips already. I just have to join 1 more row and bind it and I'll have mine finished too. I'll post a picture when I get it finished.

Sewbiz, your quilt is amazing. All of the blocks are very cool. They all compliment each other.

Jayne, I’m excited to see my blocks. I think they are all amazing. I will probably use some sashing with corner squares. Something simple. I’ll make a lap size and might have blocks left over for a table-runner.

Sewbiz, great looking quilt, you guys are finishing yours so quickly, I keep getting side tracked w/ different projects.

Givio, I usually pic a fabric w/ more background or "rest" areas, but those colors spoke to me so I risked a busier pattern. I think it works great for a more controlled stack and wack but think it would be a hot mess as a one block wonder.

What is the difference between the two? I thought they were the same thing. Help.
