They look the same to me! Whatever they are called, you are the queen of them. I love them... so much fun to do. I like the simple 4 patch ones too, cut from 4 layers. You end up with squares, so you can use alternate blocks between them if you like.

I don't actually have a book. The FB lady that wrote a book on OBW is named either Linda or Kathy (they both are active in the group and I forget which one actually wrote the book) I thought I invented the stacked cutting until I got the internet and found out someone wrote a book about it and called it stack and wack. I do a lot of versions of stacked cutting, but almost never do what those ladies call one block wonder. I also have to hold my tongue alot on the obw fb group as they seem to be very capricious and arbitrary about what is allowed and still be called a obw.
