Blocks arrived. They are beautiful. Thank you everyone. Going to be a beautiful blue and white lap quilt and a very fun chili pepper table runner.

    No keys

Joan, the keys must be in your package, then... None of us who got packages today has found them. Seriously tho, I hope they are at your house somewhere, Janice. I'm sure you have checked and double checked every crack, nook and crannie.

SBG, How about sashing with the blue bird fabric? You said you had more of it... Or you could sew 4 or 5 more blocks using the blue bird fabric and make it a row bigger.

Or using a big floral print that has lots of yellow might be nice for sashing, or some type of print with lots of different colors. Black and gray look nice paired with multiple bright colors.

Janice, blocks received, but no car keys. I do feel your pain. DH lost his about three weeks ago. Two fobs, probably between $300 and $400 to replace both of them. Very sad face when I think of all the fabric that would have purchased.

Forgot to mention it, please count all your baggies that came from me. Everyone should have 19. On occasion, there may be different numbers in each Baggie but there will be 19 baggies. Always try to do this before you look at your blocks.

I found my keys in my freezer once...no idea how they got there but with a young grandchild anything is possible!! I took pictures in DC one year..had them developed, looked at them once never saw them again! I was taking predizone at the time and I have no doubt I threw them away.. Have never taken predizone since!

Thanks for those great ideas, Giv... I will consider each one and take a good look at my stash.
