I got a chance to get the blocks laid out. Not sure what I will do for sashing - have some orange and then there is always brown. Have to finish the quilt I am doing for BIL before I can begin.
And the other picture is of my 4yo GD - we had so much fun in the rain! Such pure innocence -

As I look at all your blocks you made me I am amazed. I had that fabric (actually two pieces bought separately at yard/estate sales) and I just couldn't get my mind around what to do with it. But you All came up with such creative ideas. Thank you

TG, all your blocks look great together! Picking out the sashing is a tough job. I would lean towards the orange. Try a dark navy blue or maybe the red that is in those 2 cute little sail boats. I always struggle with picking out fabric.
Your GD is adorable!!! She looks like she is having a blast in the rain.

TG, I love the way your quilt is looking. I like the rusty orange sashing. Really makes a statement.

Your GD is so sweet. Look at the joy on her little face!

Denise, your Americana quilt is a real winner too! I love all those beautiful red white and blue blocks....

Janice had a real good idea, having us lay all the blocks out and take a photo. Most of us take a long time to put our blocks together, and this way we can see 'a quilt' before it's completed. I love it.
