Billi, I got your fabric today, I LOVE it, graphic, dramatic, and stripes, what more could a girl want! I am nearly positive what I want to do w/ it. My first thought would work, but while I was playing w/ some templates I made, I found something similar but different w/ more drama, the piecing will be simple but look more complicated. Gotta get the freezer paper out
I saw that fabric and knew it was calling to you.

Good news I was looking at the "waste" and saw that I could get 2 blocks. I am really liking how they are looking. I was also able to use the small "waste" pieces to make the block just a tad more complex, but soooo worth it.(especially since they are going on point)

Oh, yeah. They are already packed with all the other F8s. Short of a catastrophe, all the remaining packages should go out tomorrow. I have only to print and apply the labels (the easy part). Woo, hoo! When I print them in the morning, everyone will get their tracking number by email from USPS.com. Those emails go out almost as soon as I pay for them. Woo, hoo!!!

Billi here are your two blocks from our side swap. We were only doing one, but after I got the first one cut from your fabric I realized I could make a second w/ the waste fabric. I took the pic of them on point since that is how you intend to use them. They turned out very similar basically just reversed colors, even though they are similar I still love them both, hope they will fit in your plans.
