    Great blocks Maude and D.

I have finished a block for TGma. They are "flying gulls" instead of geese, lol

I was still feeling motivated, so I made another block. This one is for Libster and is a Crown and Cross. The pattern called for only 2 colors, but I really wanted a bit of purple in the block.

Perfect block! I love it. That bit of purple just makes my fabric shine. Well done. Thank you.

D~ Thank you for the pretty block! I appreciate you balancing the colors too. This has always been one of my favorite blocks (along w/ stars). Thanks again!

Glad you like it TGma, b/c if you didn't I had nothing but threads left!!!! I know I say that a lot but seriously threads.

LJdugas' block is on deck now, and I am excited to see how it looks. I broke into my special fussy cutting stash for it, her "painted" flowers were so beautiful they needed a special frame. The hardest part is going to be not including them all in the block.

Hey y'all.... is it too early to look for leftovers? LOL. I made a cool design for Hav4boys' mother's quilt and it used up all the f8 before I had cut all the pieces. I have something I can plug in, if necessary, but it won't look as good. The fabric I need is her creme with the tiny red butterflies and dragonflies on it. I need enough to cut 4, 3.5" squares. If anybody ends up with that much left over, please can I pay you to mail it to me?
