I'm glad you like it, Maude. Your cute fabrics were lots of fun to work with. I had picked out the melon color and also a gold to go with your brown floral. I didn't see the gold dots until I unfolded the brown and the dotted piece just fell out. That was a fun surprise!

Oh wow Kass..that looks like a dolly that my grandma would have on her furniture. Its absolutely beautiful!! I don't know how you make up those patterns and they come out so perfect! I haven't even opened my quail sack yet and you and sew are racing ahead!! All the blocks are outstanding. I cant believe how the blue makes my fabric pop the way it did in the block posted! Thanks everyone!

Thank you Terri... I do sleep! Tho I did find myself up at 2am Sunday morning, still making blocks. Sometimes when you are 'in the mode', it's hard to stop.

I cannot work on anything else until I get the boom blocks done... my work area (aka the dining room) is overrun with boom mess. On the table is every ruler I own, every block book I own, paper patterns and templates, everyone's baggie, and piles of tonals and coordinating fabrics I have pulled. Oh, and don't forget the scrap pile... Anyone else have a mess like that going on? Ha! Not going to clean it all up til the last block is made.
