Janice hope you get to feeling better.
I have been working on MJP's block nearly all day, some mistakes, some replanning, some realizing and re replanning. In the end I am happy w/ it and hope you are too. I think I was channeling my inner hippie.

Get better soon Janice! Be careful to keep it from getting a worse. What's been on the news about this year's flu is very scary.
All the blocks are beautiful! Everyone should be proud of their work.

Maude - love the block you made for me. your blue fabric reminds me of water so its perfect. We must have both been working on each other's blocks today! Here is yours- its called Yellow Dervish.. One of my favorite ones to make.

Annie Quilts, glad you like the Hands of Friendship block. I used all but teeny crumbs of the mauve and rust that you included!

First is Hav4Boy's Mom's block. Was finally able to complete it today because scraps arrived from Terri and Quilter Momma. Thanks so much ladies, for saving my bacon. I love this block but won't try to make it again with just one F8.

I am enjoying all the beautiful blocks everyone has made. Great Job!
I got my 1,000 Blocks book today. I'm so anxious to start making some of the blocks. I went through the book and made a list of the ones I want to make. I just wish I was in this swap to make them but will have to wait until the next one. Darn!!!

Great blocks Sewbiz, that butterfly one is cool, and I believe those are flying falcons, not geese!! lol lol lol
I finished Jayne's block tonight too. It is a fireworks inspired dresden too. But this one is more during the chaos of the finale I tried to tame it some with a bigger center.
