I tackled one of the more challenging fabrics of the bunch (for me anyway!). It was a large scale print that I debated how to handle. I hope D. Henson likes it.

The only thing I am not so happy with is the striped corner with the blue showing. I had limited options to pull the stripes from, so I did the best I could with what I had. I really love the blue fabric. It’s a softer denim blue. I feel like it’s very Americana.

Annt- Love the colors - it looks so nice and soft and eyes are drawn to the flowers.
Maude - I think the blue corner makes it look like the its waving in the sky and gives it so much motion
Libster - Great pattern - maybe we can call it the Drunken Dandy?
Here is one that I made for AnnT59 - I love batiks and keep my stash in a special drawer. Was so happy to be able to play with them. I am so happy with this - the circles and lines and colors...

Hello to the rest of the covey! The duplex is listed and had the first open house today. I spent all week working there to get it looking better. Let's hope that some offers come in the next week. So tomorrow I will be able to sew on the blocks.
