    Yay! Thanks for the comment.

At first it was very stressful to make blocks for people I didn't really know, but you're all making me feel much more comfortable now!

Annie quilts I remember my first boom and it was very intimidating. You wonder will they like my color choices, the block I picked, oh no that seam isn’t perfect etc.. Have found the less I worried the better the blocks turned out and the happier I was. Hope this happens for you. Your blocks have been great and you should be proud of yourself.

My block for Quiltaddict kicked my hind end. First made the block per the pattern and didn’t care for it, took it apart and made a couple adaptions and liked it much better. The more I looked at it was not thrilled with the colors I had chosen. Swapped out 2 colors and yeah I was happy. Sure hope quiltaddict likes it

This one is for Mariposa. I love her pretty fabric. The background fabric is a WOW even though it looks a little green to me in the picture. It must be because it's laying on my sewing desk and the wood grain is showing through. Hope you like it.

Thanks Terriamn! You read my mind. I think I'm headed down the same road as you; being the new kid on the block is never easy, but you all have been so supportive and kind in both posts and PM's. I can see myself joining future booms.

I am home from work today, wasn't feeling well, I have been fighting a sinus infection for a long time now and I think I am losing ground. Anyway I had Annie's block almost finished from last week, since there was no thinking involved anymore I thought I'd finish it up. Hope you guys aren't tired of my dressies yet

Wow, tons of gorgeous blocks today... and it's Monday! You all are doing spectacular work. All the colors, fabrics and patterns fit the focus fabrics so well. Kass, all of your dressies have been wonderful. Can't see myself getting tired of them, ever.

This is so cool - does a mind trick on you when looking at it.

AQ, your blocks are wonderful! It is difficult sometimes knowing what direction to go with fabric, but in that case, I try to make something that seems to suit the fabric and that pleases me. It’s about your likes, too. Enjoy!
