Wowsier MJP, great block

Janice I was just reading about sour foods. Going to try half a fresh squeezed lemon in warm water. Will probably cheat and add bit of stevia to it at first. Also have sour kruat on the list. Oh yum. Not!

MJP that is beautiful!! Terri I love sauerkraut..having it with polish sausage for lunch here at nursing home. Yum... the oysters Janice, your DH can keep them. yuck. I drink vinegar and I have to cheat and put stevia in it. I can handle it that way but not straight! Have a great weekend!!
