Called dd this morning and both her and her dh are down for the count. Joe age 10 only got out of bed once yesterday. Other two kids are laying on the couch waking up now and then. Hubby went to work not sure how he is feeling. So far I am only hacking away. Very cold here and have to go out this evening. Oldest dd is still here on vacation and everyone is to sick to do anything with her

Kass, I love the rectangle in the middle. I wanted to see it in the first one but one circle kept throwing me off. The second one is perfect!

Lovely fabric Janice!
I don't usually think of many of my quilts being blue, but when I actually need to buy fabric it's always blue -- 'cause I use it up so fast!
At first the gazebo picture looked like it came from Hallmark!
Guess I should mention my keyboard is misbehaving. If you notice really weird words, try adding vowels or spaces. I go back and try to do it myself, not always successfully. I probably should take it somewhere for a good cleaning, but I've met too many self proclaimed gurus who really aren't. My "personal" IT staff all live hundreds of miles away and don't have much patience. Anyone have a DIY solution?
At one time my employer designated me as a computer expert; then they did away with mainframes and punch cards. lol

Most often, I shake it upside down and look at all the junk, dirt and crumbs, that fall out. I also use post it stickies and slide them in between the keys, with the sticky part upside down, right side up, to the left , to the right and all around.. every angle possible. Again, I am amazed at the dirt it picks up!
And if all else fails, keyboards can be found pretty cheap these days. Cheaper than bringing a techie home! -
I have heard of people putting it in the dishwasher..my thought that, is better have a back up keyboard available, because I just dot think that will work!
And.. even as I type..I see my N key is being a bugger. I may need a new keyboard myself!
