It's so nice to see so many new names, not just of the people joining, but of those watching us to see if they'd like to join later. There are still 5 open spaces in the 2 month group.
Quick fyi, the gallery now has some fabrics posted that have been shown here. I know sometimes choices change before shipping so it's easy to pull down a pic if you've changed your mind. Just let me know. The gallery URL is in my signature below. Enjoy!

My rotten 24 hour virus is on day 4, had my first real meal since this all started and regretting it already
My oldest dd is here and has offered to wash dry and press my fabric. Said great to the first two then I don’t have to run up and down stairs quite as much. Will take care of the ironing. Besides I know Santa is bringing me a new iron and will wait till next week
Today I finished baking my 20 loaves of banana bread. Was very careful not to touch anything without my plastic gloves on. Sure don’t want to get anyone else sick.
Most of the presents are wrapped so I can at least dust and vacumn living room. Dining room still has a lot of Mom’s paperwork that needs to go somewhere. No idea on what the heck to do with them. Know we have to keep her tax returns for 7 years.

So sorry you are down and out terri - so happy your DD is helping out. You taught her well. Keep it simple this year.
I had come across a few estate sales and happened to purchase this fabric in two of them, along with a large panel. It had me stumped but I know you won't have that problem. I am sending a larger piece for you to work with. Loving all the fabric selections - even the strips - and butterflies. So many great ones.

I love dragonflies! Nice fabric!
The Carpenter's Wheel would make a pretty center for a quilt!
TG, yes, that is fun. It will be interesting to see what happens with that fabric!
I recently finished a Churn Dash quilt top. I thought about joining the CD swap, but they decided on WOW background fabric and I didn't have enough of that to make sets. I think I made only 4 or 5 blocks with a consistent background and all the other block backgrounds are mismatched bits and pieces, some even sewn together to make the WOW piece big enough for the pattern. I thought Kass might like to see a picture of it, as it seems that she likes using stripes. I used a Ginny Beyer large floral stripe for the setting triangles. I had to cut along the bottom of the stripe for the length of the triangle, and so also cut the reverse triangle on the top of the stripe. And what to do with the reverse triangles? Well, now I've cut more fabric for more CDs to make a second top...
