Wow, Jaba, your fabrics are going to be fun! I love that white Christmas print. Can't wait to see what everybody does with your fabrics.
Aren't you relieved that the move is over? Now you can relax a little and get back to your machine.

Jaba your 3 month group fabric has the same colors of a fabric that I have been hunting all over. Very pretty. The one I have been looking for is fernwood for Bernatex by Jennifer..... in Midnight blue

Oh my gosh Kassandra only you could make that fabric sing. That would have taken me forever to fussy cut like you did

Jaba those fabrics are nice, I especially love the 3 month blue.

Terri, fun fabrics I'm hoping for the beer personally.

Gary was going back to the town that has fabric, so I asked him to get me more, I am going to use it as the sashing for this boom quilt. (a pieced sashing)

So, Boomers, we've got a week until sign-ups close. We remain full for the 3 month group and at 15 for the 2 month group. Are there any fence sitters out there? Come on and join the fun!

OMG Kass, the dressie out of the zig zag is amazing! You are so talented. It just matches up perfectly. Wow!

Anyway couldn't wait to get my trusty mirrors out and take a look, both have really nice possibilities, but one was really calling to me, here are the two fabrics, the one really is blue, even though it looks blackish.

So I just had to make a dressie out of that zig zag. I don't have it sewn to a background yet but here it is

When I finished cutting out the 24 wedges I had these biased edged almost 2 inches by 6 inches strips of "waste", that any sane normal person would have tossed. But they were repeats, so I lined them up and cut 60 degree triangles and am making these, they aren't all finished yet.

These aren't sewn together yet, they are constructed as half hexies.

Jaba - love your fabric choices and how cool you made a block with it.

    Terri, very fun fabric!

I washed my fabric and I can’t believe how excited I am to press, cut, and put in the little baggies. I’m working on that now. Fun!

Cool fabrics, Kass. That dressie is amazing! It looks like the diamonds are getting bigger towards the outside... optical illusion!
