I haven't left my house since Saturday the 7th-I think that is a record for me not going somewhere. Tomorrow I am getting someone to take me out and get my toe claws done up-I can't reach them and ewwwwww. Then Friday I go to finally get the staples out and hopefully the drain. This was my 3rd abdominal surgery and by far the worst yet-unfortunately there were some areas that did not look good and they biopsied them, but the pathology hasn't come back yet, praying if it is cancer I can get the areas with chemo and radiation because I really don't want to be cut open again.

Stafar - the worst thing about staying inside - is not feeling well enough to quilt . Sure helps when we are productive...praying for you and that you won't need anything else

Stafar so glad you have been able to sew. So sorry about the staples and drain. Happy to say I didn’t have staples or a drain with mine. My BIL didn’t have his gullbladder removed but they inserted a drain in his and he has had to go to the hospital every day for the last 20 plus days for antibiotic infusion. Gullbladder’s Sure know how to throw a hissy fit.
We have AIR and I am relishing it. The smart aleck guy who was here Monday is no longer with the company, thought that was interesting. We lucked out and the very spend part that broke down has a 10 year manufacturing warranty leaving us to pay only for labor at $120 an hour. This tech was older and very apologetic about the labor cost. Great tech.
Only one block today and this is from the third edition of Around The Block, called Editor for Jayne

Beautiful block that you made for Jayne Terri! I think I will look into getting the first book, everyone that has it makes such awesome blocks.
Glad your AC is fixed, $120 is quite doable especially when it comes to comfort.

Thanks Terriamn for the beautiful Christmas block! I leave tomorrow for our sailing trip to Tahiti. It has been an absolute crazy busy three weeks, so needless to say I am beyond excited. Then, when I get home its time to get serious about block making!!! Have a great couple of weeks, be safe and wear your bubble suits!!
