Hoping the interview goes well. Enjoy all you can in Hawaii, I love it there. Finding a place to rent will be your biggest challenge. Traffic is the same as Meridian in WA. during rush hour. Be prepared for that.

Good luck with the job interview! I have NO desire to go to Hawaii...never have. Give me Montana or Wyoming anyday of the year and Id go! Love the mountains and the animals and waterfalls and cold...My twin brother was making fun of me last night on FB because Ive never lived more than 30 miles from where we were born. He on the other hand joined the Navy at 18 and has been about everywhere in the 26 years. Ill take my Missouri over other places for sure!

My friend moved to Hawaii a few years ago from Seattle for a job and has not looked back. She loves it. I hope that you enjoy the work vacation and who knows. Maybe you will be living their soon.

So pretty. I haven’t done much QAYG but thinking I will as I begin charity quilts once I join local quilt guild. I really like the wide sashing which I haven’t seen in QAYG. These quilts are delightful.

P.S. I like the wolf octagons

I have the 12 wolf octos made, and just cut the stacked squares to put inside the center between the octos. The squares aren't sewn yet but this is how it looks so far.
