congratulations and good luck! I can’t decide if I think housing costs are going to go down or up based on current volcanic activity. Let’s just go with down.

Kass - you are making me dizzy!!
Hawaii - so far there hasn't been a bridge for me to drive there in our rig! Would love to visit for a season, though. Better check the quilt stores too!

Kass you amaze me with what you come up with! Amazing!! Does anyone happen to know what layer cake this is from? I made it in 2016 and cant think of the fabric name. Someone wants me to make them one "just like it"...

After I trimmed them the octagons were 12.5 inches from flat edge to flat edge.

Joan, can’t see the fabric well enough to identify it. Got any close ups? Your little guy sure is cute!

Greetings boomers! I was going to do the 3-month boom but see that it has quickly filled. If a second group is forming, count me in! Have4Boys -- that looks like a great quilt pattern. Kass -- gorgeous as always. Sewbiz -- how do you get so much done in the time you have? I am looking forward to reconnecting with all of you this summer. Thank you for the gorgeous quilt blocks you are showing! Juana
