A couple of booms back I did 8 blocks w/ the same pattern and they looked so incredibly different from each other just by fabric and color placement

I made this the other day for Darcyshannon. I seldom name blocks but I'll call this one, "A Cautionary Tale". This ended up looking nothing at all like the planned block due to a one quarter inch mis-cut that left me unable to pull it off. Anyway, I like it. Hope you will too, Darcyshannon. Your fabric is so pretty.

Oh my gosh Kass, I am so excited that I am receiving this block, a big thank you! I had showed DH the optical illusion blocks you were making and he was really impressed! I love, love, love this block!

Well after the cautionary tale block here is the Redo me many times block. It’s a good thing I usually only make three pieced blocks per boom. I did a practice one and it came out perfect the first time. The triangles were no problem with the new Tri Rec rulers I bought. It was the darn little squares. The picture isn’t right.
