Speaking of birds... this is my one and only block for today. Pamela your fabric is so precious and I'm certain this pic will not do justice to how well the fabrics work together. I enjoyed the fussy cutting and I used my 'Quilt in a Day' mini flying geese ruler for the 1st time. Birds flying around everywhere here!

Thank you all - there are so many lovely blocks to enjoy every time I check-in! I think I woke up dreaming last night about the blocks Kassaundra made for me

That is really cute, all ribbons and bows to go with the fancy shoes and purse.

Here is my first block, for Hav4boys. I just love this girly fabric. I saw a picture of this block on pinterest and decided to make a pattern. Turns out the original must have been 10", so I had to do some crazy math (and cutting) to get it to be a finished 12". But it is! I like to push myself and this block definitely did that! I am making another with someone else's fabric. Stay tuned!

Christine, such a pretty block for Pamela, the colors are so soft and pretty. I too am done with winter, unfortunately, in Wyoming we probably have 2-3 months to go. The wind here was so bad today, never left the house... even the dogs didn't want to go outside.

I am currently experiencing quilting ADD, I have a jewel box quilt I'm 1/2 way done with, the boom blocks, blocks for my LQS BOM and started a hunter's square quilt today. Of course then there are all the other UFO's hanging out in my closet.... I have always been good about doing only one project at a time. I'm not sure if this is a good new habit or not!! What does everyone else do? Are you good at working on one project at a time?

Christine, that is such a pretty block with the different colors of flying geese for Pam. Then I saw all the other adorable ones. Next boom I need to find a focus fabric. TG, Jaba, Vikkim and all of you ladies are creating such beauties.

I am enjoying all the blocks and saw quite a few for Hav4boys and I made one too. I tried to get the effect of movement with the purse being fussy cut but it didn’t turn out quite like I planned but I hope it will work.
