Those two are paper pieced patterns. I have a number of books of patterns, and the internet. I may waste some fabric in doing it, but it comes out the right size and precise (sometimes!)thank you
And feel free to make a jar - can never have too many preserves on the shelf!

I'm glad you like them. I'll check with Janice about sending the extra one.

Vikkim, JayneW is in one group so she will have plenty of room in her package. If you decide to send it, please add it to the same baggie as the regular block, that way I won't have one too many packages. For me, it's all about the receiving the exact number of baggies I sent. An extra throws a kink in my "system" and everything comes to a screeching halt while I figure out why I've got too many. Thank you! BTW, I love both of those blocks!

    So many amazing blocks lately!
Jaba, I love the block you made me. It will go great in my quilt.
I'm so sorry to hear about Joan. She was very talented and will be missed by all of us.

I am having to postpone my surgery date. Hubby and I are really bummed, we worked hard to cordinate our dates so he could work from home and be here with me once released. Saw specialist today and she brought in another doctor. They basically have no idea on what is going on. They agree with the drugs prescribed by internal medicine and when they decided I should take one of the pills twice a week instead of once it should have knocked everything out of my system. They added more of the same oral pills twice a week, another cream and antibiotics as well as took 2 more cultures. To play it safe I have called the surgeons office and asked to have surgery rescheduled. Bummer but not the end of the world. Don’t you just hate having to make adult decisions
