Terri! Just yesterday I saw a post on Facebook warning about that type of infection. They showed a boy who had it on his face, and they said it was also Streptococcus, on his face and in his sinuses! If it hadn't been treated correctly it could have worked up into his brain from the sinuses, and possibly been fatal. Never heard of strep anywhere besides the throat before now.

Hope yours goes away soon.

I am not tech savy - but my computer came with Paint. You can resize the photo. And then I press the red A , go to where I want the words and print. ...

Me too... Paint. If you right click on the picture you will get a drop down menu. Click on "open with" and then choose Paint. For every pic my IPhone takes, I have to resize and then I use the text buttons to type what I want on the photo. When you close out, you click on "save".

I have never heard of strep anywhere but in the throat either. I already feel so much better thanks to the antibiotics

i resize on my cellphone. Take the picture, go to edit to cut out excess background etc. click done then hit mail, different size options appears. I pick the correct size and send to my Email address. Then I open the picture on my IPad and save,

You can get a strep infection anywhere, necrotizing fasciitis, or necrotizing myocitis, (aka flesh eating disease) is a strep infection in skin, connective tissues, or muscle. However not all strep skin / muscle infections are necrotizing.

Kass sure glad I didn’t know flesh eating infections were strep. Shows I need to look on the positive side this could have been so much worse.

Heading up to the hospital now... they broke her water an hour ago and the contractions have picked up. They were told if she has not had the little man by 6 PM... it's a c-section. My DIL does not want that but we want them both healthy. Pictures to come.
