Bibliostone, glad to hear your DH is doing well with his therapy. Tell him we're all cheering him on. Love the blocks, 'specially the one for Suzisews.

Gorgeous blocks Biblio. I especially the one for suzisew. So glad DH is recovering well. He must’ve worked hard in his therapy. Goode for him.

Great blocks Bibliostone, I especially like the one for Annt59, the green is perfect.

I may now be pushing the end date and be the last one done. I had one cut and the pattern for the next chosen, and since I so seldom make blocks it takes me forever to choose one. Now my sewing machine quit working had to go in for service, grrr. The business that repaired machines retired in March, and the local man who did them died in May. My mom offered to let me use hers, but I found it needed servicing too. I did find someone relatively close and told him mine was a rush, fingers crossed.
As I sit glowering at the empty space I think of how fortunate I am. A woman I know had complications from surgery so is out of work for 5 months instead of 2, has no disability pay so is borrowing money for rent, letting me buy groceries (my son is staying with them while we are homeless) and their car was just totaled.

Quick reminder that all blocks are due in my hands on Thursday, November 14. There is never a push to get them done early. Please take all the time you need to finish so long as they arrive on schedule. My plan is to ship within a week of the last package arriving. Anyone who is having trouble should contact me long before we’re down to the wire so we can discuss the situation. If you have questions or problems, please get in touch by email or pm. Thanks!

oh wow! So much misfortune. I hope you get your machine back soon but mostly I hope your friend recovers from her medical and financial injuries.
