    I was the oldest grand in my family and I did that to my grandfather, I started calling him Grumps (this was long before I knew the word grumpy or what it meant so not related to that) he was stuck all the kids after me called him that too.

    The octos are all sewn together and coping strips added. Now to assemble these parts to a front and quilt

    Bella Donna doesn't even like being on the bed, but I laid out my quilt center to work on it and it took 2.3 seconds for her to to be on the bed.

    Meet Charlie, my new granddaughter. She’s about 5 1/2 pounds and healthy but tiny. I’m in love.

    Right now, I cannot figure out how to post a better pic in the new system. Sorry about that!
