Jaba, your DH will be out of commission for a bit after his surgery. That cooling unit does help with pain management. My nephews both used one after they had their's done. Is there someone who could come in and lend you a hand once in a while? Remember to take care of you too. If some of us lived nearer, we'd have your freezer stocked with casseroles and we could run errands for you.

Well that wasn't a very lengthy tease, I didn't think I would get finished today, but I got on a roll. This block is for Suziesew hope you like it and it doesn't have to many colors.

Wow, I am in awe of your ability to plan blocks and execute them! Thanks for a wonderful block.

I received my squishy yesterday and all 19 are accounted for. I have a quilt to finish first before I can start on the blocks.
Kass, love all the blocks you made.
Janice, hope you start feeling better. Like zozee said, The gallery is a very low priority by contrast to your health.
Jaba, glad to hear that things are going okay for you. Give my regards to Bill and hope his surgery goes well.

Kass! That looks amazing!! Love the detail in the center where you cross matched the flowers! Thank you!! Thank you!!
Janice, so you know I got my package yesterday and spent some time last night pulling fabrics for the blocks. Looking forward to playing and planing! By the way, I may not be as quick as some of the others but will get them done in time!

Thanks for the offer Libster, wish you were closer too Not to stock my freezer but it would be fun to sew together. I'll have Bill ask the doctor about the cooling unit, it hasn't been mentioned yet. He's just thinking of all the things he won't be able to do for a month or so, this should be an experience for sure. He's never had any surgery like this...think I'll have to hide in the sewing room.
Eye appts. today, just our once a year stuff to have it taken care of before we leave for the winter. Making blocks are on the agenda tomorrow.
