I don't know which I feel happier about that I did this block or that it is finished. It turned out just like I imagined it. 12 reindeer sets, lots of stripes, curved piecing and even managed a star, hope you like it Irishmom. These stars look a little black on my screen they are really dark green.

    Julia and Pam sweet blocks.

Julia I also had a detached retina, very scary time but I was lucky, the surgery was a complete success.

Libster boy oh boy you are on a roll, hope that means you and hubby are both doing well.

will be going home for the day on Wednesday but no sewing time. Will be spending the day with my granddaughter celebrating her 16 th birthday. That just plain seems unbelievable.

Julia, pretty block, so sorry about your eyesight, I hope they can get it fixed.

    Pamela nice friendship star.

Jaba you are a sewing speedster, nice group of blocks.

    QB great block

Hope I didn't miss anyone, I can't get the hang of the multi people quoting.

Kass, love the Christmas block, those reindeer are so cute!
Thank you for the compliments but this is 3 days of sewing......slowing down a tad! But the good news is my blocks have always been pretty much 12 1/2" but my points are sure better. Guess slow can't be so bad. I think I have 3 or 4 more to go and then I just have to wait for blocks to come back. Might be good, hubby will start Physical Therapy next week so I'll be his driver to the sessions. He's been doing really good, not to much pain, keeping ice pack going, etc..... Life's good, growing old sometimes sucks

I have two awesome new blocks!

It's obvious the fabric went to the right gals -- Jaba you made the green swirl so joyous and Christmassy! Kassaundra, the reindeer are adorable prancing around the star! That and curved piecing - I'm in awe!

Thanks to both of you, very much!

Kass, those orchids are gorgeous. The reindeer block is out of the park again! I wish I had your block vision.
