Looks like I forgot to post the block I made for MonaG. I made it a bit ago and I must have let is slip by me. So here it is!

    Default Blocks

My last 2. first one for H4B and I wasn’t happy with my block for Mona so made her an extra one.

Love that block, Terri... is it part paper pieced? What perfect triangles! The two for Mona are great, too.

Julia, I love that purple fabric you used in your block. It really steals the show!

Today I got a quilt quilted. It will probably go in the donation pile. It's a John Deere theme and people around here love their tractors! I have several more to quilt... likely weeks of work. I need to stop making tops for a while and get caught up.

Also got the grocery shopping chore done for another week or so. It's so ridiculous that we can be around other people in the grocery stores, but not other stores. I saw way less people wearing face masks today than my previous trips out. Personally, I'm sick of the whole thing. Can't wait for it to be over and life to go back to normal... at least for those of us who haven't lost a loved one.

    Stay healthy!

Sewbiz if you are talking about H4B’s block, yes it is paper pieced

Unfortunately dh is a bit of a history buff and knows all about the Spanish Flu epidemic and has managed to scare the bejeebers out of me. Finally told him to keep it to himself and quit frightening me.

Doing another family game night on zoom this evening. Enjoy seeing everyone even if I can’t touch them.

Good morning. Spent this morning making quick trips to Costco and the grocery store. Finally got some disinfectant wipes. Woo hoo! People here are wearing masks and the stores are being strict with distancing and letting people in in limited numbers. I'm good with that. GA is opening up early, too early imho, but DH and I will continue our safety precautions until the numbers actually start declining because they are still climbing here.

Terriamn, I think the pretty block marked for Hav4boys in post 754 is either Klaws' or Macybaby's. . Can you double check it please? Thank you!

    Be safe, everyone!

    Smile

As I've stated before I usually stay away from triangles since I usually lose my points but I've been wanting to try this pattern for a long time now, so wish me luck, 49 pieces, what was I thinking. I cut it out late yesterday afternoon but just couldn't start sewing it at that time.

That's pretty, Mona. Good luck! Remember not to sew scant seam, instead use the full 1/4" seam so you don't lose your points.
