Good morning. There's trouble with Weebly this morning so I will have to load the new pix later when whatever is the problem is resolved.

I'm stripping a star and planet border from my younger son's (now almost 35) room. How I'd much rather be quilting!

Pictures have been added. . Ahwu, love the block for Juliasb. I don’t recall having seen one like it before. I think Klaws will have a beautiful patriotic quilt when all is said snd done. SBG, you have your sewing mojo, bad hand or not.

Today’s the day that doesn’t end. Now we’re off to the vet to have her look at a “suspicious” spot (again!) on Ripley. I got all the wallpaper off. Woo hoo! Now to pick out some neutral paint. The agent is suggesting shades of white as the ubiquitous grey is, he feels, on its way out. I’ll take his word for it. I’m off.

Have a great rest of your day all!

Sewbiz thank you for the great block. I love it.

Kristie your pictures are beautiful, hoping to see the redwoods in person one day.

Janice the articles on line and the stager I talked to said shades of white were the best colors otherwise very very light green, blue or gray. Our living room and dining room are warmer shades of beige. Hoping she can stage with enough white things we don’t have to repaint

Good morning. Just wondering how everyone is coming with their blocks? I know a couple of you are finished but just want to make sure everyone is on track to finish by mid-August. If anyone is having trouble, don’t hesitate to let me know. You can send me an email.

Can you believe it’s almost July?

    Have a terrific day, zinnias.

My next block is for Bibliostone. I am staying caught up when I thought I would be behind. Amazing. I hope you like your block.

You are close to Asheville. My best friend lives near Winston-Salem about 2-1/2 hours from where you are moving. I'm very familiar with North Carolina. I spent a lot of time there when I lived in Virginia.

    Howdy Zinnias!

Wow.... so much going on. Janice! Congratulations on the new house and best wishes for all the work in moving. My son just called last night that he FINALLY got a house in SLC. He and his girlfriend had been trying to get one for months... they finally were the lucky accepted offer.

Sewbiz and Julia - awesome block for me! Thank you!

Janice - I am fine for getting my blocks done. I know I'm off to a slow start, but I'll be done! Promise!
