LStew2212, You have inspired me to do a Christmas quilt for my next boom. I love the square you made, the details and use of material is awesome!

No package yet, waiting with great anticipation! You ladies are all so skilled and creative. By trying something new, 2 different fabrics, I'll have some sewing to do on a few more blocks to make a quilt but I love the start I got on all the blocks! Enjoy your summers and hope to see some of you in another Boom Swap!

Duck, didn't you get an email from PirateShip with tracking info? You can watch you package's progress.

My blocks came home today. A huge "Thank you" to everyone who made such special blocks for "my" quilt. I love every one of them.
A special "Thanks" goes out to Bonnie for running such a flawless swap. You done good, Girl!
And, another special "Thank you" goes to Janice for maintaining the Gallery for us. I love seeing what everyone is getting and a sneak peek of what their quilt top may look like.
Quilt on, Ladies, quilt on! Hope to see each of you in the next swap.

There are several more "out for delivery" today... And Terri, yours is being mailed today, due to my address snaffu. Sorry for that extra delay, but you'll have it soon!

I'm going to take all of mine out and play with them today. Such beautiful blocks-- I'm proud of everybody!

Keeping the photo gallery is a HUGE job. I really appreciate Janice taking that part of the management off my shoulders. Hope it was doable for you, Janice, so we can do it again next time.

I’m thinking we can do it again next round. 😀. It’s a mighty big job to do both the admin of the group and the picture posting. This way seemed to work for everyone.

Tracking shows my blocks will be delivered later today. Woo hoo!

    Default Halloween top pieced

Hi all. I didn’t mention before but my friend received a terminal cancer diagnosis during our boomerang. I got my blocks today and pieced her Halloween top and the backing fabric tonight. I’ve never asked my LAQ for an emergency all-over, she is quilting it tomorrow in time for my flight overseas Thursday to see my friend. A huge heartfelt hug to all of you, I used all the blocks except the one I made, LOL. And she gets her sexy witch Alexander Henry fabric on the back. I think it turned out just great. I’ll try to get a better photo for the gallery but it’s raining tonight. Hugs, hugs, hugs!!
